Whether you purchased your Wheat clothing directly from us or from one of our retailers, you can easily send it to us and receive up to 30% of the original purchase value as a gift card. You’ll receive your voucher as soon as the clothing arrives with us. We’ll then take care of reselling it.

Select your pre-loved Wheat clothing and create your trade-in here. You can send us clothing purchased online, in-store or even received as a gift. You can easily view an overview of orders placed with us or search for the items manually if you don’t have a receipt.
Please note: Trade-in only applies to clothing and does not include footwear. Styles must have an original purchase price of at least €33.44 to be eligible for trade-in.

When you create your trade-in, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label from us. You’re then ready to pack and send your items to us.

All secondhand items are thoroughly inspected by our team. Each style is then assigned one of the following quality grades:
OK
A secondhand product in this category shows visible signs of use but is still well maintained and in good condition. The product may show signs of wear, such as stains and scratches.
Excellent
A secondhand product in this category has been used but is in very good condition. The product shows only minor wear and is still very well maintained. It may have only minimal signs of use, such as insignificant stains or scratches.
Like New
A secondhand product in this category has no defects and is therefore considered “as good as new”.
Once we have received and inspected the Wheat clothing you have sent in, we’ll email you a voucher that can be used on www.wheat.eu. You can use it to purchase both new and secondhand items.
It depends on the original purchase price. You can receive up to 30% of the original price. The good thing is that you’ll receive your voucher once we have received your trade-in styles, rather than having to wait until they are resold. This means your trade-in value is secured from the start.
Yes. To be eligible for trade-in, a style must have an original purchase price of at least €33.44.
