Order

Our webshop at www.wheat.eu is open 24/7. Occasionally, the shop may be temporarily closed for maintenance. 

To place an order, simply add your desired items to the cart. Until you complete the purchase, you can modify the cart contents and review both goods and prices. Any extra costs (e.g. shipping) are calculated just before payment.

When ready, click “Buy and proceed to payment” (or similar). You’ll then enter your name, address, email, phone number, payment method, and delivery option. You may edit the cart until clicking “Order and pay,” which confirms your purchase.

Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an order summary as proof that we’ve received it. Please note that it is not possible to cancel or change a completed order. Any price difference if an item later goes on sale can't be refunded - you would need to return and reorder under our return policy.

 

Prices and payment methods

All prices at the webshop include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices day-to-day without prior notice. Availability of sold-out items is subject to change.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, iDeal (only Netherlands) and Bancontact (only Belgium).
Payment is only captured when the goods are shipped. Any card-related fees are covered by us.

 

Delivery

All international orders are shipped via a registered postal service (GLS, DHL or PostNord). Delivery time is typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location. The shipping costs and delivery time depends on the delivery country. Please see the list below for further information for your country. When your order is shipped, we will send you an order confirmation with a tracking link. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking information becomes available.

*Important information (Iceland, Switzerland, Norway and United Kingdom): We only dispatch packages on mondays, wednesdays and fridays.

 

Return 

We offer a 30-day full return policy on items bought through our webshop. The return period starts from the day you receive your order. If it expires on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, it's extended to the next business day.

We don't offer exchanges - if you'd like a different item or size, please return and place a new order. Items purchased from other retailers can't be returned here - contact them directly instead, this also applies for complaints.

You are responsible for the return shipment and liable if the item is damaged during transport. 

Note: You may lose all or part of your refund if the item’s condition is reduced from improper or unnecessary handling—using beyond what’s needed to assess its features and quality voids the right of withdrawal.

How do I return?:

  1. Fill in the form your received in the package.
  2. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Ensure that the package is properly sealed.
  3. Place the note in the package.
  4. Choose your preferred carrier for the return shipment and send it to the address below.

The return costs is held by the customer and we don't provide return labels. We recommend that you get a receipt for your submission of the package.

We only accept packages delivered directly to the above mentioned addresses.


Refund
Expect your refund within 14 business days after we receive the returned package. You’ll be notified via email. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used in the purchase (e.g., credit card).

 

    Complaints

    Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act for manufacturing and material defects under normal use, giving you 2 years of warranty rights. Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace, refund or offer a discount.

    Complaints must be valid—not caused by misuse or damage inflicted by you. Please file complaints as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after discovering the defect. Contact us at webshop@wheat.eu with:

    • Order number
    • Photo of product and fault
    • Description of issue

    Complaints about items bought from other retailers must go directly to that retailer.

    In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure, you may be able to lodge your complaint on the EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
