Longer response time during the Christmas holidays 🎄
From December 24 to January 4, you may experience longer response times from our customer service. As our customer service is normally closed on weekends and public holidays, response times may be longer than usual during the holiday period. Please note that during this period, we will not be available by phone and can only be contacted via email. We do our best to reply to all enquiries as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding. Please note that many questions can be answered in our FAQ.
