Delivery & Return
All international orders are shipped via a registered postal service (GLS, DHL or PostNord). Delivery time is typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location. The shipping costs and delivery time depends on the delivery country. Please see the list below for further information for your country. When your order is shipped, we will send you an order confirmation with a tracking link. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking information becomes available.

Return & Exchange
We offer a 30-day return policy on items purchased from our webshop. The return period begins on the day you receive your item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
How to return or exchange an item:
1. Go to our return portal
2. Log in with your order number and email.
3. Select the items you're returning and enter the exact quantity you're placing in the parcel.
4. Choose whether you’d like a refund or an exchange for any other item in the shop.
5. If you choose to get a refund, you can purchase a return label (see below) or arrange your own shipping.
6. Pack the items in their original packaging with tags attached and the packing slip inside and send the parcel.
Exchanges are only available for orders within the EU. Your first exchange is free; exchanging again on the same order costs the standard return fee, and the exchange is only released once the return has been completed.

If you want to arrange the return yourself, please use the return adress below. We do not accept parcels sent with carriers that do not deliver directly to our address.

Refunds
You can expect to receive your refund within 14 working days after we have received your return parcel. Once your return has been processed and refunded, you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
Items purchased from retailers cannot be returned or refunded through us. Please contact the relevant retailer instead, also in case of complaints.
Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which includes defects in manufacturing and materials discovered during normal use of the product. This means that, as a consumer, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint.
