Sales Manager (North Germany)

We are a strong international team of 40 employees with headquarters in our CO2 neutral office in Gentofte (Greater Copenhagen), Denmark and local offices or showrooms in Hamburg, Munich, Oslo and London.

Job Description: 

We are looking for a Sales manager for the North of Germany to join our sales team. This role is home-based with frequent travel to visit customers.

You will report directly to our CSO.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating and meeting sales budget for your assigned region and customers
  • Nurturing and growing the relationship with Wheat’s existing wholesale customers
  • Identifying new customers and expand the distribution across all relevant premium retail formats whilst respecting brand positioning.
  • Delivering professional collection presentation and successful sell-in
  • Working with retail partners on sales and marketing plan or initiatives that will impact sales performance
  • Driving proactively re-orders
  • Ensuring best-in-class instore presentation
  • Attending customer meetings at Wheat showroom (located in Munich) and local or international trade fairs
  • Reporting to Chief Sales Officer on sales performance (selling in, selling out, inventory), market trends, new business development, etc.


  • 2-3 years+ experience in a similar role or related within premium lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods brands
  • Proven sales track record
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in sales and key account management in a fast-growing business
  • Excellent relationship skills and outspoken – natural team player
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
  • Digital and SoMe savvy
