30 days return
We offer a 30-day return policy on items purchased from our webshop. The return period begins on the day you receive your item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for the return shipment, and you are liable if the item is damaged during transport.
Please note: You may lose part or all of your refund if the item has been diminished in value due to incorrect or unnecessary use. The right of withdrawal lapses, for example, if the item has been used, damaged while in your possession, or handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and quality.
If you want to arrange the return yourself, please use the return adress below. We do not accept parcels sent with carriers that do not deliver directly to our address.

Items purchased from retailers cannot be returned or refunded through us. Please contact the relevant retailer instead, also in case of complaints.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
Refunds
You can expect to receive your refund within 14 working days after we have received your return parcel. Once your return has been processed and refunded, you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which includes defects in manufacturing and materials discovered during normal use of the product. This means that, as a consumer, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint.
